International Conference of Saving Energy in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning (ICSERA) started in Jakarta, Indonesia in 2009 and has been followed by Bali (2011), Yeosu (2013), Lombok (2015), Bali (2017), Seoul (2019) and Johor Bahru (2021 - online). ICSERA is a forum for exchanging the latest scientific and technological information in technologies for saving energy focus on but not limited to the field of refrigeration and air-conditioning industries.

The Conference Proceedings containing the extended abstracts presented will be distributed in USB. The USB will include papers accepted for presentation, provided at least one author has pre-registered by the deadline.
Selected and qualified papers will be recommended for publication in the special issue of International Journal of Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration (SCIE) or Evergreen Journal (SCOPUS indexed) or Journal of Technical Education Science (JTE) with peer review after conference.
